ULRICH HARTIG [PhD Chem. Eng] - CHAIRMAN
Ulrich is a general manager with global experience in private enterprise and government. He has an outstanding track record of leading successful grass roots investment projects, the management of companies operating in culturally diverse environments and international trouble shooting in multinational companies. He also has extensive government experience in investment attraction and trade promotion and is fluent in German, French and Portuguese. He is a former director of BASF SE, the world’s largest chemical company with postings to Australia, South Korea, France, Germany, and Brazil, and has worked for Austrade and DFAT with postings to Frankfurt and Paris.
Scott Edwards - Non-Executive Director
Scott is the President and co-founder of Big Tuna Holdings, the 50/50 joint venture with Long Pipes Ltd. Scott brings nearly 15 years of experience in finance, business development and corporate strategy. He spent the majority of his career as an investment banker working in New York, Hong Kong and Houston advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, capitalization, reorganization and commercialization strategies. Scott focused on advising oil & gas upstream and midstream operators as well as heavy industry such as shipping, mining and manufacturing.
VANCE MOORE [BDSC] - Non-Executive Director
Vance’s career path includes management positions in the WA Health Department, years in private practice as a dentist, and fourteen years with the Australian army, culminating with his appointment as Major, Exercise Commander of 13Brigade Medical company. Vance has been a shareholder of LPL since its inception and is a co-inventor of the liner joining process, as well as an ongoing member of the R and D team.
Steven Cooper [B.Eng (Chem)] – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Steven has extensive experience in maturing and commercialising technology.As a multi-patent holder with a track record in global innovation, he has built business partnerships to identify and grow successful technology programmes.Formerly working in disruptive innovation at Woodside Energy, he has led teams to influence major oil and gas companies and industry regulators in the adoption of non-traditional development pathways.Steven brings with him strong values ensuring sustainability and environmental awareness are at the forefront of his projects. As a long-term supporter of Long Pipes, he believes the company can also assist in the decarbonisation of the energy industry
